“Journeyman” Reaches End Of The Road, Hits Dead End, Red Light, Etc.

It took much longer than I thought it would, given the show’s convoluted, more or less indecipherable time-travel plot. But NBC declined to pick up the "back end" option on "Journeyman" by Tuesday, and so the series will go to the great graveyard in the sky, or the past, or San Francisco, after the remaining two episodes air. The fact that it survived as long as it did is, I think, a tribute to the appeal of star Kevin McKidd ("Rome"), part of this year’s Brit invasion, who ought to be given another series shot as soon as the strike is over.
In the meantime, Kev, welcome to Hollywood, where getting the shiv two weeks before Christmas is just a normal bit of business.
