The Boston Globe has a funny story this morning analyzing what might be key moments for contestants on shows like "American Idol" and "Dancing With The Stars" - when they react to the judges’ comments. Snap back and you could end up looking like a bitchy diva who ought to be voted off. Hello, Danny Noriega! Or rather, goodbye, Dan-o! But sniffle and confess all your failings and cheerfully accept Simon’s abuse and you could end up looking like, well, Brooke White. Everyone can dance in some way, shape, or form. Or at least people think they can after a few "confidence" beers. Singing is another talent that should be reserved to the experts. Perhaps the most awful display of singing is that by drunk sorority girls who think everyone wants them to sing Def Leopard’s Pour Some Sugar On Me at a karaoke contest. …Sabra Johnson! And once you’re done reading our hot-off-the-presses summary above, Kathie at Give Me My Remote has every last detail in her "So You Think You Can Dance" finale recap. "It’s ladies choice, and Mia Michaels decides to showcase the Neil & Sabra ‘Boardroom’ routine choreographed by Mandy ‘no I’m not her so stop asking me’ Moore. This dance kicked ass once again tonight." Personally I was relieved to hear that a threatened Nigel performance proved to be just a gag, but…I would also just like to say that for next season, they should rename this show, "So You Think You’ve Got Abs." But that’s just me.
